Dustin Balog

Dustin Balog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the modular construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Kickbox Leasing, LLC since November 2019, Dustin oversees organizational startups focused on portable storage and mobile workspaces. As a Startup/Growth Leader at Team Modul, LLC, Dustin manages recruitment, training, and policy development while driving growth in off-site construction services. In the role of Texas REALTOR® with The Michael Group, Dustin specializes in investment property management in North Texas. Additionally, as Treasurer for the Balog Family Foundation, Dustin supervises financial and procurement activities aimed at aiding disadvantaged families. Previous roles include co-founder and start-up director at MyModular, business development director at Comark Building Systems, and branch manager at ModSpace/Resun, among others. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Wayland Baptist University, with recent completion of The Tuck School of Business Digital Excellence Program.
