Gabe Gelman

Gabe Gelman joined the Board of Directors of The Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2022. Gabe is head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) for the Americas. He is a member of the Investment Banking Division Council for Advancement of Racial Equity.

Previously within ECM, Gabe had responsibility for healthcare equity and equity-linked origination, served as business unit manager, and focused on convertible and derivative origination. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 as an associate and was named managing director in 2007 and partner in 2016.

Earlier in his career, Gabe worked in derivatives at Citigroup from 1996 to 1999.

Gabe earned a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1996.
