Jessica Locke

Jessica serves as the director of the Office of the President as well as Regional co-lead of innovations. In these roles, she is responsible for advising cross-functional teams on strategy and operations while leading operational excellence initiatives. She also leads the continued development of the Innovation Engine, overseeing a multidisciplinary group of physicians and consultants to advance the implementation of various initiatives.

Jessica is also involved in remote data monitoring, new technology assessment, and Department-Focused Operating Plan (DFOP) program.

With over a decade with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, Jessica is passionate about developing and implementing solutions that ultimately better the care for patients, physicians and staff.
