Heather Bates

Heather Bates is an experienced property management professional, currently serving as the Head of Property Management at The Midcounties Co-operative since December 2015. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Property Manager (North) at The Midcounties Co-operative, and spent over 14 years at NFU Mutual as a Property Manager. Heather's career also includes experience as a Senior Surveyor in Lease Advisory at CB Richard Ellis, where responsibilities involved landlord and tenant work for institutional property funds and high street retailers. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Property Valuation & Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's Degree in Contemporary East European Studies from the University of London.
