Melanie Marsh has extensive experience in customer service, beginning with a 19-year tenure as a Library Assistant at Dudley Council, where effective customer engagement and sensitivity to public needs were paramount. Following this, Melanie served as a Learning Resource Centre Assistant Manager at The RSA Academy at Tipton, supporting student activities and information technology use. Melanie transitioned to retail, holding various customer service roles at Tesco from 2014 to 2023, including positions as a Customer Service Assistant in large format and Express stores, focusing on delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth store operations. Currently, Melanie is a Customer Assistant at The Midcounties Co-operative. Additionally, Melanie co-founded Webspace Unlimited, handling customer liaison and accounts. Educationally, Melanie holds a City & Guilds degree in Library and Information Science from the City of Wolverhampton College.
