Sarah Cunningham has over 25 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Travel Manager at The Midcounties Co-operative since October 2016, Sarah previously held various managerial roles at TUI, including Assistant Retail Manager and Resort Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams of overseas staff and driving performance to meet business KPIs. Additional experience encompasses roles at First Choice Holidays, Rocco Forte Hotels, Midlands Co Op Travel, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, demonstrating a solid foundation in customer service and team leadership.
