Kenneth E. Jones

Mr. Kenneth E. Jones, also known as Ken, serves as the President of Chesapeake Financial Advisors. Mr. Jones actively invests and offers financial consulting for private companies. Mr. Jones is self-employed Financial Consultant and Advisor. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Photonic Integration Research Inc., an advanced fiber optic components manufacturer from 1993 to 2001 and served at Battelle Memorial Institute from 1986 to 1993 in business development positions. Mr. Jones served in several senior management positions at ABB Process Automation, Inc. (formerly AccuRay Corp.), including international business experience as President of AccuRay Japan Ltd., and served as a Manager of Emerging Business Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Jones joined Applied Innovation Inc. Board with an impressive background in high technology companies. Mr. Jones serves as the Chairman of Emerald Bank. He has been an Independent Director of Middlefield Banc Corp. since January 2, 2008. Mr. Jones served as a Director of Applied Innovation Inc. since February 11, 2005 and Emerald Bank since 2004. Mr. Jones earned a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1970 and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1972. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
