Steve Sowden

Steve Sowden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. As the Founder of The NED's since June 2023, Steve is pioneering a unique approach to Non-Executive Directors. Concurrently, Steve serves as an Investor and Advisor at The Midnight Club and as a NED, Investor, and Advisor at Having a cuppa. Previously, Steve was associated with IMA-HOME for nearly two decades, where roles included Chief Operating Officer and Group Managing Partner, focusing on maintaining exceptional service levels and delivering outstanding products. Steve began a career in agency life at WWAV Rapp Collins, starting as an Account Executive. Steve holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Bradford.
