Mike Ferry has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Mike has been the owner of The Mike Ferry Organization since 1975, where they have provided coaching, training, and motivation to real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and business executives through seminars and retreats. Mike also founded the Real Estate Management Program called Executive Management Group, which offers results-driven training to increase productivity and retention for real estate agents and enhance recruitment strategies for brokers. Additionally, Mike Ferry founded the One-on-One Coaching Program, which helps real estate professionals enhance their productivity, profitability, and professional success through active coaching. Before their work in the real estate industry, Mike Ferry served as the National Sales Director at Nightingale-Conant from 1967 to 1971.
From 1972 to 1976, Mike Ferry attended the School of Hard Knocks, affiliated with the University of Earl Nightingale. Mike pursued studies in Personal Development & Business Strategy during this time.
