Luis Navarro Jr

Luis Navarro Jr has extensive work experience in various security and administrative roles. Luis is currently working as a Lead Security Specialist at the Defense Health Agency, where they are responsible for developing security policy for the organization. Prior to this, they served as an Industrial Security Specialist at the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory & Futures Directorate. In their role as a Supervisory Security Specialist at HQ Marine Corps, Luis managed personnel, industrial, information, and NATO security programs. Luis also worked as a Site Team Manager/Security Clerk at Island Creek Associates, LLC, and as a General Clerk III/Contractor at PSD (Personnel Support Detachment). Other roles include Research Eligibility Representative at American Specialty Health, Customer Service Representative at Cognella and Bike and Kayak Tours Inc, Microsoft Office Instructor at Caledonian Inc., and Quartermaster in the US Navy.

Luis Navarro Jr attended San Diego Mesa College from 2016 to 2018. Luis obtained several certifications, including the Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC), Physical Security Certification (PSC), Industrial Security Oversight Certification (ISOC), and Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in 2021.
