Lindsey Leighton

Lindsey Leighton is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Studies and Sociology from Keene State College. Currently serving as a Search Consultant at The Millard Group since May 2021, Lindsey specializes in recruiting client-facing executives across various sectors including software, consulting, and cybersecurity. Previously, Lindsey held roles as a Probation and Parole Aide for the State of Rhode Island, managing payroll and conducting probation intakes, and as a Community Transition Coordinator at Community Solutions, Inc., overseeing a caseload of offenders and facilitating re-entry services.
