Ann Walters is a seasoned accounting professional with a comprehensive background in financial analysis and property accounting. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at The Millennia Companies® since October 2020, Ann has previously held roles including Controller and Staff Accountant at Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization, and Accountant positions with Accountemps, AmTrust North America, Infotree Service Inc., and Bank of America. Ann’s extensive experience encompasses bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and month-end closing processes across various industries. Ann graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University, further enhancing a solid foundation in financial management.
