Connie Weaver is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tracker Group, a strategic advisory firm of entrepreneurial executives who have demonstrated success in leading change, and managing relationships with investors, customers and other key stakeholders to create value. Tracker Group works with a broad range of clients ranging from early-stage companies to businesses in transition across several industries. Currently, Connie serves as the interim head of investor relations for Avon Products Inc. (AVP).
