Ginger Highman

Ginger Highman is a professional with a diverse background in sales, partnerships, and counseling. Most recently, Ginger served as a Senior Partnership Alliance Executive and Strategic Partnership Representative at The Millennium Alliance from September 2024 to February 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Bridgehampton Wine Cellar and as a Sales Intern for Black Infusions, where contributions included improving product representation and opening new accounts. Ginger also gained valuable experience as a Mental Health Counselor Intern at the Child Mind Institute and as a Summer Camp Counselor. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from Colorado College, complemented by studies at UNSW.
