Rhiannon Waye

Rhiannon Waye is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Miller Group since February 2023. Previously, Rhiannon worked as a Staffing Specialist at TalentWorld from November 2020 to January 2023 and gained early experience as a Human Resources and Administrative Assistant at Jeune Metal Products Inc. in the summer of 2019. Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Organizational Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Western University, completed in 2020.
