Chief Executive Officer at The Mind-Body Collaborative

Matthew Estey has been working in the field of therapy and mental health for over 6 years. Matthew started their career as a therapist in a private practice, providing individual and family therapy in the evenings. In October 2017, they became the Program Director at Menninger 360, a P.A.C.T. team that provides interdisciplinary care to adults and adolescents. In July 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer at The Mind-Body Collaborative.

Throughout their career, Matthew has been committed to providing truly flexible, adaptable, and integrated care that conforms to their clients' needs. Matthew is available 24/7 for emergencies and provides in vivo support/coaching/counseling. Matthew's clients can access Menninger 360 from anywhere in the world, and they are able to provide transportation if needed.

Matthew Estey has a MSW from the University of Houston, with a clinical focus. Matthew also has a B.A. in Politics from The University of Dallas. Matthew has certification from the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
