In 2014, they worked as an Administrator and Debt Management at Emagister.com, handling invoice collections, customer service, and contract supervision. Later that year, they joined LetsBonus as a Sales Support, responsible for coordinating contracts with Italian suppliers, collaborating with the content department, and tracking invoices with the finance team. In 2015, Carla worked at Intercom Empresas, managing overdue invoices, customer support, issue resolution, billing, and contract supervision.
