Shannon Williams

Shannon Williams is an accomplished executive with a strong background in community engagement and media. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at The Mind Trust since July 2018, Shannon previously held multiple leadership roles at the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper and Indiana Minority Business Magazine, including President/General Manager and Senior Vice President of Community Engagement from March 2010 to July 2018. Earlier experiences include serving as Vice President and Editor from August 2000 to March 2010. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Jackson State University, completed between 1995 and 2000, and graduated from Broad Ripple High School.
