Deborah (Deb) Severson, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at The Minikahda Club, Deborah has previously held significant roles including Director of Human Resources Consulting at Salo LLC, Director of Human Resources at Electromed, Inc., and various consulting and leadership positions at Carson Oaks and Realityworks. With a foundational education that includes an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in HealthCare from Viterbo University, Deborah possesses a strong background in strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development.
