Sandra Vargas

Sandra Vargas has a solid work experience, with their most recent position being President and CEO at The Minneapolis Foundation since 2007. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hennepin County, including Deputy County Administrator from 1997 to 1999, and then Hennepin County Administrator from 1999 to 2007.

Sandra Vargas holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. Sandra also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Catherine University.
