Yulia Gavriltseva

Yulia Gavriltseva has extensive work experience in project management and event coordination. Yulia is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Mint, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Project Manager at Mint from September 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Mint, Yulia worked at dentsu international as a Project Manager under The Story Lab, a branded content agency of Dentsu Canada. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects and content deliverables in broadcast, digital, and social media. Yulia served as a liaison between clients and media partners, managed daily scope of work responsibilities, and handled budget requirements for assigned clients/projects. Yulia worked at dentsu international from June 2019 to September 2021.

Yulia's earlier work experience includes positions at Creativiva Inc. Yulia worked as a Senior Project Manager from October 2018 to May 2019. In this role, they managed various aspects of projects such as developing project scope, creating detailed project plans, and maintaining budgets. Yulia also developed project management best practices and process improvements. Yulia also served as a Project Manager from January 2016 to September 2018, an Event Coordinator from April 2015 to December 2015, and an Assistant to Producer from October 2014 to March 2015.

Throughout their career, Yulia has worked with notable clients such as Air Canada, SickKids, Tennis Canada, Sandals Resorts, Woodbine Entertainment Group, Valve, P&O Cruises, Allstate Insurance, and the Government of Ontario.

Yulia Gavriltseva has a Master's degree in International Relations/Regional Studies from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. Additionally, they have a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management - Business Applications (Event Planning) from Humber College.
