Lauren Humphrey

Lauren Humphrey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder at The Mintable since June 2021, and previously as Co-Founder & CEO at Tandem from August 2023 to November 2024, Lauren emphasizes the importance of feedback in enhancing leadership capabilities. Prior roles include VP of Customer Success & Payments GTM at brightwheel, where responsibilities encompassed customer experience and operations, and VP of Customer Experience & Operations at Gusto, focused on improving work-life empowerment. Additional experience includes positions in product marketing and government affairs at multiple organizations, as well as advising at the Federal Advisory Committee for Health IT Policy. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish, and pre-medical studies from Harvard University, and has studied at Georgetown University.
