Kathy Mackie

Kathy Mackie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in veteran outreach and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of the Veteran Training Team at The Mission Continues since December 2015. In this role, Kathy leads engagement strategies and manages various programs, including the Women's Veteran Leadership Summit and the Service Leadership Corps, ensuring a thorough admissions process utilizing Salesforce analytics. Previously, Kathy held roles at St. Michael's Learning Academy as a recruiter providing career advisory services, and at Catholic Charities - The Lotus Project as a recruiter and career coach supporting women veterans. Additional experience includes program management at Goodwill Industries of Houston, and a lengthy military career with the United States Army, encompassing diverse responsibilities from station commander to human resources manager.
