Lester Lumbad

Lester Lumbad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in veteran support and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager at Merging Vets and Players since June 2023, Lester empowers combat veterans and former professional athletes through personal development and transition assistance. In addition, Lester holds the position of Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for Southern Nevada and actively contributes to The Mission Continues as a Platoon Leader, fostering community connections among veterans. As President of the Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce, Lester advocates for veterans' interests. Lester's earlier career includes roles as a Senior System Engineer at Raytheon and an Electronic Warfare Specialist in the United States Air Force, where technical expertise was developed in complex systems and national security programs.
