Michael Stimac is an experienced Pre-Construction Manager currently working at The Missner Group. With a background as a Project Manager in various construction companies, Michael has managed a range of projects, including high-rise developments and luxury condominiums. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, their expertise includes overseeing construction projects from start to finish, working with local authorities for project approval, and managing the schematic design phase with architects. Notably, Michael managed the Capital Bay project in Dubai, a $100 million development consisting of two 20-story office towers in Business Bay.
