Eric started as a Shop Manager at Custom Furniture, then moved on to Lafayette Industries where Eric worked as a Supervisor and Production Leader. Eric also has experience as a Project Manager at Merric Inc. Throughout their career, Eric has been involved in training and supervising workers, managing production areas, bidding projects, setting up budgets, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

In addition to retail packaging Lafayette provides assembly services, medical packaging and fulfillment.
