Kelly Baker, BSBA, RYT is an experienced individual who currently works as a Sales Manager at Lafayette Industries. With a background in business development and sales, Kelly has also been teaching yoga at YogaSix and Nameste Yoga. With certifications in trauma-informed and body-positive yoga training from Yoga Alliance, Kelly leads all levels of yoga classes, guides students through correct postures, offers modifications for safety, provides meditation and breathing techniques, and assists in achieving proper alignment. Kelly's experience in sales and marketing, combined with their passion for yoga instruction, showcases their skills in both business and wellness.
