Stacey Elster has a diverse work history in the field of education. Stacey began their career as a Special Education Teacher at the Special School District in 2009, where they designed instructional plans, developed IEPs, and served as a team leader. In 2013, Stacey became the owner of Erudite Education, LC, where they likely provided educational consulting services. Stacey then joined Applied Behavior Services, LLC in 2015, working as a Special Education Teacher and Behavior Line Therapist. Stacey's role at Webster University as an Adjunct Faculty member began in 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Program Officer at Lafayette Industries, where they are responsible for program oversight and previously served as the Director of Programs.
Stacey Elster obtained a B.A. in Education, K-12 Cross Categorical Special Education from Webster University in 2008. Stacey later pursued a Masters of Arts in Special Education with a specialization in Severe Developmental Disabilities from the same university, graduating in 2011.
