Kathryn DeNitto

Kathryn DeNitto is a senior development officer at The MIT Press, Inc. Kathryn has also worked as a marketing consultant at Flagship Pioneering and as a corporate innovation partnership business development lead at MIT Innovation Initiative.

DeNitto has a passion for helping companies innovate and grow. At The MIT Press, they are responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase support for the Press’s mission. Kathryn also works closely with MIT faculty, students, and staff to create opportunities for collaboration and connection.

At Flagship Pioneering, DeNitto provided marketing consultation to help the company grow its life sciences ventures. Kathryn also worked with the company’s team of scientists and engineers to develop new products and services.

As corporate innovation partnership business development lead at MIT Innovation Initiative, DeNitto was responsible for bringing global corporations into MIT’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship community. Kathryn worked closely with faculty, students, and staff to create opportunities for collaboration and connection.

Kathryn DeNitto has an A.B. in German Language and Literature from the University of Michigan. Kathryn also has an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Kathryn also studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
