Scott Sikich is a Mechanical Designer at The Mitchell Partnership Inc. since September 2020, with prior experience as Mechanical Manager for the Queen's Solar Design Team from May 2019 to September 2020. Additionally, from September 2017 to September 2020, Scott was a member of the Queen's Formula SAE Design Team, contributing to the design, manufacturing, and validation of the Q19 car, as well as gaining project experience in manufacturing and CAD modeling. Earlier experience includes working as a Landscaper and Maintenance laborer at Shouldice Hospital Limited in the summer of 2018. Scott Sikich holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, earned in April 2020.

Founded in 1958 in Toronto, The Mitchell Partnership Inc. (TMP) is a mechanical building services consulting engineering practice. Our Toronto office has 130 employees including approximately 70 professional engineers and designers. We have contributed to the evolution of mechanical systems design through the transfer of advanced technologies from our worldwide portfolio, to encourage the adoption of innovative practices on all our projects.
