Scott Koethe

Scott Koethe, CCIM, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Mogharebi Group since March 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company from April 2015 to December 2023, where the focus was on facilitating the buying and selling of multifamily investment properties of 50+ units in the Omaha market. Scott also served as Principal at REBC | The Real Estate Brokerage Co. from November 2008 to April 2015 and as Manager at 1200 Images from January 2002 to August 2008. Scott holds a BS degree in business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1998 and 2003, and graduated from Central City High School in 1998.
