Lucas Jimenez is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as the Business and Operations Development Manager at The Moment Group of Restaurants since May 2023. With a solid foundation in customer service and operations, Lucas has been a key contributor at Hapi Healthcare UK since July 2020 and has held various roles at The Moment Group, progressing from Establishment Supervisor to Operations Supervisor. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and a Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Passionate about wine and food, Lucas possesses extensive experience in both administrative and frontline operations, excelling in areas such as inventory management, category management, marketing, and training and development.
