Emily Baughn MS, SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR functions. Currently serving as a Corporate HR Generalist at The Monarch Cement Company since August 2016, Emily has played a pivotal role in establishing Corporate HR from the ground up. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resource Assistant at Russell Stover Candies, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, payroll support, and employee documentation, alongside foundational work at Emprise Bank and Russell Stover Candies in various customer service and operational positions. Emily holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University, complemented by an Associate of Science degree from Allen County Community College and a diploma from Iola High School.
