Jacquelyn Mulkey Engelbert has had extensive work experience in the field of education, with a particular focus on neurodiversity and special needs. Jacquelyn currently serves as the Adult Community Director at The Monarch School and Institute, where they oversee a team responsible for the production of products for the school's store and runs The Monarch Butterfly Bakery and Kitchen. Additionally, they previously worked as a Neurodiversity Consultant at J.S.A. Consulting and as the Executive Director of Focus Academy Inc, a non-profit school they founded to support individuals with social deficits. Prior to this, they worked as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology at Katy ISD, conducting psychological assessments and providing educational counseling and consultations.

Jacquelyn Mulkey Engelbert's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from the University of North Texas, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. Jacquelyn then pursued a Master of Arts degree in School Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1995 to 1998.

Later, Jacquelyn embarked on their journey in business and entrepreneurship by pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (ABD) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Walden University. This degree was pursued from 2009 to 2014.

Continuing their education, Jacquelyn pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University. This degree is expected to be obtained between 2018 and 2022.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Jacquelyn has also obtained a certification as a Level 2: Master Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute in May 2020.
