Martin Irish

Martin Irish is an experienced Behavior Support Specialist at The Monarch School and Institute since August 2016, where responsibilities include facilitating positive change for teachers and learners across various environments. Prior experience includes roles as a Professional Educator at ABLC of Houston and as a Behavioral Health Technician, focusing on in-home therapy for children on the autism spectrum. At STEPS TO PROGRESS LLC, Martin held the position of Supervisor, managing senior therapists and overseeing therapy organization and analysis. Earlier roles include Member Service Representative at Lost Creek Country Club and Head Coach for the Men's Lacrosse Club at St. Edward's University. Martin holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southwestern University.
