Cristina Becerra, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional who has held various leadership roles over the years. Cristina is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at The Monster Group. Prior to that, they worked at NAT SHERMAN for almost a decade, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and oversaw all HR functions, fleet management, and office staff. Cristina was also a part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), providing strategic direction for the company's initiatives and promoting employee development. Before NAT SHERMAN, Cristina worked at Community Blood Services, where they held roles such as HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, and Workup Specialist. In these positions, they managed various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits management, training, and performance management. Cristina also implemented programs such as corporate wellness and alternative work schedules to improve employee satisfaction.
