Shikha Handoo has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Shikha started their career as a Project Analyst at Techblue Software Private Limited in 2009 and then moved on to become a Business Analyst at Technology Blueprint Limited from 2012 to 2013. Shikha then transitioned to the hospitality industry, joining The Montcalm Hotels Collection as a Reputation Management and HR Executive in 2014. After that, they joined The Montcalm Luxury Hotels in 2015 and has held various HR positions within the company, including Assistant HR Manager and Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Head of HR at The Montcalm Luxury Hotels, where they are responsible for managing HR operations across 20+ hotels. Throughout their HR roles, Shikha has been involved in recruitment, employment law, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Shikha Handoo, MIH Assoc CIPD, obtained their Associate's diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Level 5 in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Master in Accounting & Finance from Panjab University in 2010-2012.

In addition to their formal education, Shikha Handoo has obtained various certifications.
