Rose Barnett

Rose Barnett has over two decades of teaching experience, currently serving as an IB Global Politics and Theory of Knowledge teacher and Extended Essay Coordinator at Montessori School of Raleigh since August 2011. Prior to this role, Barnett taught 8th and 5th grades in all subject areas at Luther Burbank Elementary School in San Jose, CA from August 2000 to July 2010. Barnett's teaching career began at Sunrise Middle School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where employment spanned from September 1981 to July 1998. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Broward College and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
