Rob Payne

Rob Payne has extensive experience in various industries, including roles in management, ownership, and project leadership. Currently serving as Inventory Control Manager at The Moorings Yacht Charters since June 2025, Rob previously held the position of IT Project Manager at Zempler Bank from December 2023 to June 2025, after the bank's rebranding from Cashplus Bank. Rob also founded and managed Patternise Laser Cutting Studio and The Hanging Lantern Company, both successful enterprises in their respective fields, and operated Luminosity Import & Distribution, specializing in innovative lighting designs. Additionally, Rob served as Head of Products and Schemes at Zempler Bank from April 2005 to March 2012, playing a pivotal role in launching the UK's first branded MasterCard prepaid card.
