Mauro Hernandez Castro

Mauro Hernandez Castro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Product Development Senior Manager at The Morey Corporation since May 2012, Mauro leads the Engineering Solutions Group, overseeing new project development, quoting activities, and the design and development processes across electrical, mechanical, and software domains. Previously, Mauro held the role of Systems Engineering and Independent Test and Verification Manager, guiding departments in innovative telematics and automotive projects, and ensuring rigorous validation and verification of customer projects. Mauro's earlier experience includes managerial and engineering positions at Dextra Technologies and Arneses Electricos Automotrices S.A. de C.V., where roles included Software Engineering Group Manager and Systems Engineer. Mauro holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia.
