Aimee Falgout

Aimee joined Morgan in the summer of 2019. She serves as Vice President of Construction Accounting & Controller and oversees the accounting during the development and construction phases of Morgan’s multi-family projects. Since joining Morgan, she has been instrumental in creating new policies and procedures which have improved efficiency facilitating the rapid growth of the company. Under Aimee’s leadership, her team has tripled in size enabling an increase focus on GAAP accounting, system implementations, and accounting investor and lender relations. Her team is responsible for monthly draw preparation, construction and development accounting audits, financial deliverables, accounts payable and all phases of project job cost accounting.

Prior to joining Morgan, Aimee spent 14 years at Camden Property Trust where she was an Accounting Manager for construction and fixed asset accounting. While there, she was vital in the implementation of two full accounting system conversions impacting fixed assets, job costing, general ledger, and accounts payable. Prior to Camden, she began her professional career in public accounting.

Aimee has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and has nearly two decades of construction and fixed asset accounting experience.
