Di Wang

Di Wang joined Morgan as Assistant General Counsel in 2022. Di supports the General Counsel and other Morgan team members by handling Morgan’s day-to-day legal issues and transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, general development, and financing.

Prior to her arrival at Morgan, Di was an Associate in the Dallas office of the law firm Wick Phillips Gould & Martin LLP, where she specialized in commercial real estate development and finance.

Di received her JD in 2016 from University of Houston Law Center, graduating magna cum laude.
