Jason Hauck, Regional Development Partner, is responsible for Morgan’s development activities in Texas, including sourcing new opportunities and overseeing all aspects of the development process.
Prior to joining Morgan, Jason was Director of Development for Trinsic Residential Group, a multi-family development company. Jason was responsible for starting the company’s Central Texas office as well as sourcing and executing new development projects throughout Austin and San Antonio. During his time with Trinsic, Jason was involved with the development of more than 7,100 units in various markets throughout Texas. Jason began his career with Bank of Texas’ commercial real estate group.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Jason is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and was a member of The Real Estate Council’s 2017 Associate Leadership Council in Dallas.
