Jerad Bloom

Senior Vice President of Finance at The Morgan Group

Jerad Bloom serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for the Morgan Group (Morgan). Jerad is the leader of Morgan’s Corporate Finance department which is responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and other reporting initiatives that drive the strategic direction of the Company. In addition, Jerad is responsible for optimizing Morgan’s balance sheet and working capital to ensure that the Company’s long-term sustainability and growth objectives are met. Jerad has held many leadership positions throughout his career and has extensive experience in financial planning, reporting (financial and operational), process optimization, M&A and capital raising.

Prior to Morgan, Jerad served as Treasurer for a multi-billion dollar offshore oil and gas producer. In addition to being responsible for all treasury functions, Jerad also led the company’s procurement department and served as a key member of the company’s steering committee, which drove technological initiatives with a focus on internal controls and business optimization.

Prior to working in industry, Jerad was a Director of Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets in its oil and gas division. At RBC, Jerad led strategic M&A and financing discussions and acted as lead advisor on over 25 M&A and capital raises that totaled over $10 billion in transaction value.

Jerad earned his MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and his B.S. degree in math and economics from Tulane University. Jerad is also a CFA Charterholder.
