Joe Delaware

Joe Delaware joined The Morgan Group in the beginning of 2022 as VP of Field of Operations. He is responsible for day-to-day field operations of all new development projects in the Mountain Region.

Prior to joining Morgan, Joe’s career spanned 38 years with two local General Contractors – CFC Construction and Hyder Construction. Joe has previously served as General Superintendent and gained experience in high rise construction, multifamily, municipal, restaurants/food service, hospitality, gymnasium, biotech, Department of Correction and Department of Defense; he was tasked with building out the holding cells, court rooms and judges personal offices. Joe’s fondest construction experience is the reconstruction of Two Elk Lodge for Vail Resorts at 12,040 feet above sea level; he was instrumental in facilitating a solution for the resort following the destruction by eco-terrorists.

Joe firmly believes in working hard and collaborating with others. He enjoys spending quality time with Stacey, his wife of 29 years, and being outdoors when he’s not in the office.
