John Ward

John is responsible for Morgan’s Risk Management programs related to both Construction and Property Management. John joined the Morgan in December of 2021.

Prior to joining Morgan, John spent 13 years with Weingarten Realty Investors where he headed up the Risk Management department. Before his time with Weingarten John also worked as a Risk Manager for the Hanover Company and as Director of Risk Management for the St. Joe Company.

John graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a B.S. in Sociology and an MBA.
