Julie Stephenson joined Morgan as Assistant General Counsel in 2019. Julie supports the General Counsel and other Morgan team members by handling Morgan’s day-to-day legal issues and transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, general development, and financing.
Prior to her arrival at Morgan, Julie was an Associate in the Houston office of the law firm Winstead PC, where she specialized in commercial real estate development and finance.
Julie graduated in 2009 from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in public relations. She received her JD in 2013 from South Texas College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
