Project Management at The Morganti Group

Alicia Roa has extensive work experience in project management, primarily in the construction industry. ALICIA started their career at Alfonso Holguin Engineers in 1989 as a Construction Site Architect, overseeing residential projects such as the La Base Multifamily apartments. From 1993 to 1998, they worked at Interobras Ltda. as a Project Manager, handling a mix of construction, management, design, and interiors for residential projects like Barcelona - 132,400 sq. ft.

In 1998, they joined Siemens Westinghouse as an Assistant Project Manager, and then transitioned to JASCO CONSTRUCTION INC in 2003, serving as a Project Manager for educational projects involving construction management.

In 2013, they joined Kaufman Lynn Construction as a Project Manager, working on educational projects for the Miami Dade School Board Capital Improvement Projects, as well as FIU additions and renovations projects. ALICIA continued their project management role at D. Stephenson Construction, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, focused on educational projects for the Miami Dade School Board Capital Improvement Projects.

Currently, they are employed at The Morganti Group, Inc since 2018 in a project management role.

Alicia Roa completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from San Buenaventura University between 1983 and 1989. ALICIA later pursued a Master's degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004.
