James Goodwin has extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently, James serves as a Mortgage Broker at WE ARE... TMG The Mortgage Group since August 2019 and simultaneously operates as a Residential Realtor at Sutton Group - West Coast Realty since May 2015. James has developed an online listings search engine, VancouverListingSearch.com, to assist buyers and effectively market clients' properties. Previous roles include Sales Manager and Sales Associate at Executive Group Development from April 2013 to April 2015, and a Real Estate Agent at Sutton Group - West Coast Realty from 2011 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes working as a Warehouse Manager at Visions Electronics from September 2009 to March 2011. James completed studies at The University of British Columbia in 2011.
