Darshit Desai

Darshit Desai currently serves as the VP of Engineering at The Mortgage Office and is a member of the LA CTO Forum. With extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, Darshit has held positions such as VP of Engineering at Clubspeed and ResortPass, and held technology leadership roles at companies including Fruition, FASHIONPHILE, SafeRide Health, Dollar Shave Club, Demand Media, and Playtika Santa Monica. Notable achievements include leading infrastructure migrations, launching SaaS platforms, improving system architectures, and driving AI-first development. Darshit holds an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nirma University.
